One of the largest projects in Canada. Enbridge's Keystone pipeline project impressed me to take this role.

The Application I was involved in was been used by the Oil vendors. who will ship their oil thru the Enbridge pipeline
THE PROCESS
I followed the Enbridge existing Design system while working with Enbridge UX SME .
USER RESEARCH
Talking to the Excetutive managers and sales team who were working closely with the users and getting to know the type of users for this application.

Created 20+ persona according to the design strategy and paint the requirements so everyone is able to understand correctly.

DESIGN EXERCISES
Started my design exercise 2 sprint ahead of developers.

Demo weekly prototype review sessions to the SME and engage them in the design and the business requirement.

At every design phase, I coordinate with the developers making sure the design meets the technology challenges.
WIRE FRAME & PROTOTYPE
Engaged with BAs and Product owners to understand the requirement of a given task. whiteboard our thoughts, discussing user research, and best practices in the internal design meetings.

Used Axure RP to create wireframe and prototypes, generated UI specification document using Axure.
​
Facilitated working sessions with the Stakeholders and project team.
